We’ve had a lot of questions about our reunion venue—so we’re excited to share a closer look at the beautiful Chateau on the River!
Originally the historic clubhouse for Elizabeth Park, this stunning location has been thoughtfully transformed into an elegant banquet and wedding venue. While it has been fully updated with modern amenities—including marble bathrooms, a state-of-the-art AV system, and exceptional event spaces—it still retains the timeless charm that makes it so special. One of the highlights is the terrace, offering picturesque views of the Detroit River and Grosse Ile—perfect for reconnecting with classmates and enjoying the evening.
Before booking, a few of our “Reunion Committee spies” did some undercover research—yes, they even attended a couple of events! The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, including rave reviews from even the most discerning guests.
For the evening, you can look forward to a delicious buffet-style dinner featuring three entrées, a variety of salads, vegetables, starches, breads, pasta, and desserts—something for everyone to enjoy.
A cash bar will also be available with a wide selection of beverages, including premium spirits, beer, wine, and soft drinks—all at very reasonable prices.
We’re confident this venue will provide the perfect setting for a memorable 50th reunion—elegant, comfortable, and full of character—just like the class it’s hosting!
